Patti Diaz

Patti is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of H2O Trash Patrol. She is a marine biologist and environmental conservationist with over 12 years of experience. She taught environmental education as a program coordinator at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point CA as well as worked on an ocean geology research team at the University of California Santa Barbara. She is a TEDx speaker alumni who shares her passion for clean waterways by speaking at events and schools, raising awareness of the challenges facing our oceans. She also work as an environmental consultant for businesses and cities, teaching environmental education. Topics include recycling, zero waste, storm water pollution prevention, and garden science.

Lorenzo Diaz

Lorenzo is the Co-Founder of H2O Trash Patrol. He is an avid lifelong surfer and ocean lover; however he is not currently active with the organization.
